Laughter is good for you!
So good for you, in fact, that we should all
learn how to laugh more.
What are the benefits of laughter ?
For your mood - a lift that will stay with you all day.
For the group - a feeling of togetherness, a chance to see the best side of your co-workers, and a renewed sense of motivation. See www.teambuildinglaugh.co.uk for more details
For your heart - a cardiovascular workout.
For your lungs - learn to use the whole of your lung capacity.
For your immune system - a bost to your white blood cells (which fight off colds and infections) of up to 40%.
So how do I get more laughter in my life ?
Fortunately there's a network of trained practioners around the country who can get you laughing more. Jo Eadie and John Hipkiss are based in Nottingham, and organise laughter events for a range of different organisations. Check out our current calendar of events, and our personal profiles, for more details. To book an event with us for your organisation, please email John or Jo.
